At Next Move Homes, our leadership team have over 80 years’ experience as landlords throughout the UK. Over this time, we have been able to identify what is important to both tenants and landlords.

Our property management service is kept fully in house so landlords and tenants can be confident they will always be dealing with experienced, approachable, property professionals that have extensive knowledge of the local area and trades.

 

We work with local trusted companies, many of which we have worked with for years and they take the same care and attention to detail as we do.

 

For tenant referencing and tenancy agreement, we work with the U.K’s biggest property portal, Rightmove. Rightmove undertake these for our landlords and will also offer a rent guarantee payment protection at a competitive price for extra piece of mind.

  • We proactively review the market and if rents in the area have increased, we will contact you to advise/take your instruction as to whether you wish to consider reassessing the rent figure.  This means you don't have to be concerned about not getting the market rate as we will help to take some of the pain out of this process.
